Yu Hao Lin, Managing Director and Founder

Mr. Lin, is an entrepreneur and a senior executive. He has devoted 27 years to building, leading, and growing communications device businesses. Mr. Lin has developed leading edge communications products and technologies, addressing broadband wired, wireless and optical transport and networking. These products addressed enterprise, access, metro and core markets.

Mr. Lin's experience encompasses venture investment, P&L and general management, as well as management of marketing, business development, engineering and operations in both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Some of these companies include National Semiconductor, Rockwell/Conexant, Western Digital and GTE. Mr. Lin's start-up company experience has included such roles as founder, Chief Operating Officer, and marketing consultant.

Some highlights of Mr. Lin's experience are:

• Venture partner, consultant and mentor working with early and expansion stage wireless and wire line device ventures.
• 15 years of extensive P&L experience managing marketing, business development, sales, engineering, operations and finance.
• Built two successful businesses. One was sold and the other received an offer for $200M.
• Successfully turned around two other businesses. Grew revenue of one business 300% to $80M in 16 months and doubled that of the other business in 3 years.
• Successfully led the development of major international accounts, such as Cisco, IBM, Nortel, Ericsson, Nokia, NEC and Fujitsu.
• 27 years of product development & engineering management experience in semiconductor device and system business

Larry Reynolds, Managing Director Biotech and Health Care

Mr. Reynolds is a senior executive with more than 25 years of senior management experience in the diagnostics and health care fields. He has successfully developed businesses and markets by applying innovative strategies and acquisitions of key technologies and products.

Mr. Reynolds' experience includes venture investment, M&A activities, and general management in both domestic and international markets. He has contributed to the growth in Fortune 500 and small companies, as well as start-up organizations. Some of these companies include Syntex, Abaxis, Microgenics, and Lifepoint. Mr. Reynolds has held senior management positions in Marketing, Sales and Business Development.

Some of Mr. Reynolds' successes include:

• Part of a management team in a LBO of a diagnostic business that resulted in an early sale at a 5X ROI.
• Set up U.S. and foreign subsidiary companies.
• Assisted in raising more than $8mm in start-up capital through private investors.
• Grew revenue of Syva Company's International Division from $20mm to more than $50mm.
• Acquired numerous technologies and products that were key to building growth in key markets.
• Established successful business alliances with companies such as Roche, Dupont, Biomerieux, and Chugai Pharmaceutical.
