Our standard service offerings in capital raising include:

Raising Capital

  1. Due Diligence Study
    You will present your business plan to us as if we are your investors. We will ask you the questions that investors will ask and evaluate your presentation, presentation style and your answers as well as your executive summary, business plan and all of its supporting data.

    Deliverable: a written report of our opinions of the due diligence study and recommendations for improvement.
    Fee: fixed price

  2. Improvement Development Consultation
    If you need help, we will help you or provide support to you to develop the improvements to your presentation, executive summary and business plan. We can also provide training to help you to improve your presentation skills.
    Fee: Time and material

  3. Finding Investors
    We will provide the introduction of your company to strategic investors and serve as the meeting observer, liaison and program manager between you and your potential investors. Our service is that of a "finder". We do not provide advice or participate in your negotiation with your potential investors.
    Fee: retainer and contingency commission

Operational Management

Our standard service offerings in operating management include:

  1. Operational Audit
    Perform status auditing of legal, financials, HR, marketing, engineering, sales and operations.
    Deliverable: written report of audit results and recommendations
    Fee: fixed based on the age and the size of the company

  2. Operating Plan Development
    Define and prioritize corporate values and goals. Implement top down operating plan to identify tasks, define priorities, and allocate resources required to achieve corporate goals. Develop bottom-up budget and cash plans that support the operating plan and are consistent with available financial resources. This operating plan serves as the road map to achieve the corporate goals.
    Deliverables: Operating plan, budget and cash plan
    Fee: fixed based on the age and the size of the company

  3. Operating Management
    Manage the operations of the company according to the operating and financial plans to achieve corporate goals. This service includes all the responsibilities of a COO.
    Fee: time and material

  4. Interim Management
    Providing interim marketing, engineering and operations management to complete the management team.
    Fee: time and material

  5. Program Development and Management
    Coordinating the development of cross-functional program execution plans with vertical departments to ensure on-plan and on-budget successful execution of major programs. An example of these programs is a complete product development program encompassing product planning and development, marketing and promotion, sales, distribution and support, as well as production and quality.

  6. Infrastructure and Processes
    Identifying areas of the company that require attentions or improvements. Building the infrastructure as well as defining and implementing processes needed to ensure rapid and profitable growth.
